COMMON REPUTE: text based work, pencil on the wall, 2010
The work was created specifically for the exhibition titled ‘PERFECTION’ where the participating artists reacted to this complex topic. Barényi tried to find out what perfection means to most people. He approached 100 respondents with a simple question: "What first comes to your mind when you hear the word PERFECTION?" The result of this simple research was a list - common repute.

Práca vznikla špeciálne pre výstavu DOKONALOSŤ, kde zúčastnený autori reagovali na túto zložitú tému. Barényi sa snažil zistiť, čo pre väčšinu ľudí dokonalosť znamená. Oslovil 100 respondentov s jednoduchou otázkou: „Čo ťa prvé napadne keď počuješ slovo DOKONALOSŤ?“ Výsledkom tohto jednoduchého výskumu bol zoznam - verejná mienka
